The Spiral of Life

The Spiral upward is a lifelong journey - and one we rarely perfect!

Welcome to my BeeWitched Blog, where all magical things will be available for you to peruse. And let’s start BIG.

Moving upwards at a slightly tipped angle, the energy Spiral is of Universal Law deeply embedded in various beliefs. This is the foundation of Masonry, Dante’s Divine Comedy (pictured below), Sacred Geometry, and your body’s Chakra energy system, amongst many other belief systems (including astrology!)

In most depictions, the Spiral expands outwardly from its concentrated midpoint (which is not what you see here). Your will decides how you move within this energetic system, including how long you remain in one place. The goal is not to be at the top, nor to keep from being at the every bottom.

The Kybalion asks us to consider how to flow up and down the spiral - freely and without self-judgement - to evolve and flourish in life on Earth. For instance, only by knowing the depths of Hell, can we thrive to the heights Heaven holds for each of us. (As above, so below, and all that jazz, right?)

What is often overlooked is how both Positive and Negative energy is present in each leg of the spiral, north and south of its midpoint/equator, no matter where your journey takes you in this system.

What most folks don’t consider is how the higher plane reflects how one rises up in spite of the presence of darkness. The lower plane equally represents how one chooses to lower their vibration to live in an abundance of darkness. Namely those who choose to live in fear, or embrace false perceptions and ignorance, in part.

We will examine this Spiral more, moving forward, but let’s stop here to digest.
